Toyota Land Cruiser Colorado
We bought a Toyota Land Cruiser Colorado 95 Series. It looked like this before we started any work on it.
It is a 1997 P-reg with 3.0 Turbo Diesel engine (1KZ-TE) with 120k miles on the clock. It is fulltime 4WD and has center and rear difflocks. The Colorado's are known as a Prado in SA, Japan etc.

Done:
- Roof rack
- Old Men Emu suspension upgrade. 40mm lift provides a bit more clearance and reliability
- SuperPro polybush kit
- New radiator - vital on auto 1KZ-TE's
- A Bar with two spot lights
- General Grabber AT2's tyres in size 265/75/16.
- Safari Snorkel
- CB Radio
- Split Charge Battery system. Truck had two batteries in parallel in the engine bay to begin with. I've replaced one battery with a deep cycle leisure battery (Numax) and isolated this. Its isolated with a volt sensing relay type setup so one the engine is started the alternator can charge both batteries. Manual switch in the cab too to overide if needed.
- Breathers extended
- Seat Covers
- Welded a DIY Jerry can holder

- Spare bulbs
